Scientific and applied development of dialysis is high on the ICD Group’s agenda. Thanks to activities by member companies, this consortium is able to gather, organize and produce useful information for different involved groups, including decision makers, planners, producers and users of dialysis products. Such information depicts the statistics of dialysis and hemodialysis, whilst other data represents the statistics of producers of dialysis tools and equipment. This makes a strong base for the consortium. As such statistics are deemed valuable for strategic planning, involved colleagues may help complete and update this information in order to produce a unified and reliable system for these purposes. Additionally, ICD finds and produced information, including dialysis-related historical background, educational resources, and new achievements in Iran and around the globe. By launching electronic entries and producing additional material such as calendars, yearbooks, and translated publications/research, the consortium is able to demonstrate a new vision to every person involved.
